Your pension is moving to a general pension fund (APF)
We'd like to update you on the future of NN CDC Pensioenfonds. What is set to change in the next three years? When will you start noticing any change? And what will be the following steps?
The first moment will be when our pension fund transfers to the APF. We will inform you in more detail in due course. And we will let you know who to contact if you have questions about your pension.
Why isn't our pension fund implementing the new pension rules first?
We studied the option of implementing the new pension rules first. However, it would take us years to prepare for the implementation of the new rules. That would mean continuing as an independent pension fund for many years, at higher cost and less efficiency than as part of an APF.
Our board is authorised to transfer our pension fund to a different party. Note, though, that our board acts carefully and only after consulting multiple stakeholders, always putting the interests of the pension fund’s participants first. We will consult a third party to help us explore all options available to us and make the right choices.
