Yes, you are allowed to withdraw up to 10% of your pension by way of a lump-sum payment. The initial plan was to allow lump-sum withdrawal of 10% of the value of your pension at the start of your retirement, from 1 January 2022.
If I start my retirement early, will I get less pension?
Yes, your pension benefits will be lower. If you retire before you turn 67 (ICP)/ 68 (NCP) and you have your pension paid out from that day, your pension benefits for the rest of your life will be lower than if you had waited. And you won’t be getting a Dutch state pension (AOW) at that point yet.

If you split your pension when you divorced, when will your ex get that pension?
When you get a divorce, the pension you accrued while you were married will (see life event ») be split between you and your ex-partner. The date from which your ex-partner will get that pension depends on what the two of you agreed on that. Your agreements are laid down in your divorce covenant.

I have pension entitlements in a different pension fund. Can I transfer them to CDC Pensioenfonds?
If you get a new job, you can transfer your pension entitlements to your new employer. If you switch jobs at the same employer, your pension will stay where it is.
